A post-graduate in Computer Applications from MNIT Bhopal, she obtained her Masters in 1996. She has worked in India for 2 years in the field of Database Development.  She completed her specialization in Database Development, Database Management, Performance Tuning, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Distributed delivery, and Enterprise Applications Development for finance and insurance domains and for the government of GA(US) and worked there for 8 years. She has also worked as an IT consultant for various firms in the US and India. Currently working as the Head of the IT Department in GTS.
